She has a background in Dietetics and Nutrition & Health, with a keen interest in micronutrient metabolism & bioavailability and human status across the lifecycle. Her long-term ambition is to contribute in reducing hidden hunger worldwide, by increasing scientific knowledge, optimizing feasible recommendations, and implementing strategies to optimize food availability across vulnerable subgroups.
