
Sensing Age
Together with Dr. Guido Camps, Dr. Pol Grootswagers and Prof. Lisette de Groot, Keeva works on the Sensing Age project, through which she aims to identify nutritional strategies that promote healthy ageing in middle-aged to older adults. To achieve this, she will first study the associations between dietary factors and biological ageing, as measured by various molecular and omics-based biomarkers of ageing (e.g. epigenetic clocks, metabolomic clocks, ageing patterns), using a data-driven approach. Based on these findings she will conduct a randomized controlled dietary intervention testing a potential nutritional strategy for healthy ageing.
